Todos os dias, de maneira crescente e adicional, encontramos em nossas vidas mais tecnologia. Sejam com equipamentos que facilitem nosso dia-a-dia. Sejam com novidades que nos permitem desfrutar mais lazer e entretenimento.

1) Lazer:
Consumir conteúdo a todo momento, com o intuito de me satisfazer e me proporcionar boas sensações é a principal função da internet e dos meios digitais de maneira geral. Aprender, estudar, jogar, assistir, ler ou simplesmente desfrutar. Os limites sempre serão superados, e novas funcionalidades e modalidades de nos proporcinar lazer, continuarão aparecendo.
Contudo, dentro do lazer, consigo notar, uma cada vez mais presente atuação de profissionais. Seja com formadores de opinião, figuras iconicas, referências artísticas – músicos, escritores, pintores – seja com desenvolvedores ou quaisquer outros produtores. Por trás de praticamente toda propagação e produção digital, há trabalho, há dedicação e empenho.
2) Trabalho:
Notando que o comportamento das pessoas tem se tornado sempre mais conectado, também noto que o trabalho digital é uma crescente constante. Freelancers, contratos de curta duração e até trabalhos longos são realizados graças a conexão.
Falando específicamente das Redes Sociais, pude entender que apesar de originamente ter sido projetada para a comunicação humana, hoje fora tomada pelas empresas que almejam essa comunicação com seu cliente.
Contato direto, segmentação específica, atenção especial e desenvolvimento de identificação, são só algumas das possibilidades encontradas.
“E qual empresa não gostaria que seu cliente se identificasse com ela?”
Olhando pelo lado do cliente, um mar de possibilidades se abre. Pois as empresas estão procurando entender e aprender o que cada um de seus potenciais públicos gostam, e tentando buscá-los dentro disso. Somos pegos por conteúdos interessantes, produtos que realmente nos fazem acreditar que foram feitos para nós, linguagem próxima daquela que usamos em nosso universo entre outras personalizações.
O crescimento do mercado digital é uma realidade que impacta nossas vidas.

Noto que em breve o lazer e o trabalho se unirão, claro, tendo suas bases separadas e sólidas. Mas cada um de nós deve estar ciente que as empresas vem aprendendo e estudando nosso comportamento. Nos buscando em “nosso mundo” e tentando fazer parte do mesmo. Abrindo uma perspectiva favorável para a personalização e consumo de produtos/serviços que tenham muito mais conexões com nossas formas de agir e pensar.
